By using Prompt Coach (https://coachdeprompts.com), run by Ignacio Garcia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service is

Prompt Coach helps you write prompts for AI tools through guided questions and, optionally, an AI coach. The result is text that you decide how to use.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to create content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful to others.
• Don't try to get around the free plan's limits, overload the service, or access its features through automated means.
• Always review AI output before relying on it. It can contain mistakes and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Free plan

The guided coach is free and unlimited. The AI coach has a free daily limit that may change or be paused, for example when available capacity runs out. We show this in the tool.

Paid plans

If we offer paid plans in the future, payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider acting as the seller of record, which will issue your receipt. These rules will apply:

• Cancellation: cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again.
• Refunds: if you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by emailing [email protected]. Later renewals are non-refundable unless applicable law says otherwise.
• Price changes: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and code belong to Prompt Coach. The prompts you create with the tool are yours.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or that results will fit any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from use of the service or from the output of third-party AI tools.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay.
